About STMA Schools
We are a district that serves over 6,700 students and employs 750+ employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12.

Position Overview & Responsibilities
The Head Track & Field coach will oversee our track & field program.  This includes advising, coordinating and supporting the participants for the track & field team as well as helping to build a competitive schedule and coordination of invitationals.  The girls and boys coach will work in close coordination with each other.  Gender of the team to be coached would be somewhat up to the selection of the individual hired.

Start date: March 10, 2025 (Offseason duties would start immediately upon hire)

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience coaching and/or participation in track & field.
