About STMA Schools We are a district that serves over 6,700 students and employs 750 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12.
Position Overview & Responsibilities Responsible for working with students to be academically successful by assessing and remediating academic skills under the direction of certified professionals in individual or small group settings; recess supervision; crosswalk supervision; maintain confidentiality of student and family information as required under FERPA. Start date: January 2, 2025 Contract: 170 days Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:20 am - 2:20 pm
Requirements & Qualifications Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and two years of post-secondary education or successful completion of the ParaPro; ability to work with staff to provide services to students in skill deficient areas.
